The ideal candidate is detail oriented, articulate, outgoing, personable and presentable, and can follow a specific process to perform quality drywall repairs.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The technician is expected to have experience in drywall patch, repair and finishing, some painting and some trim work. Be able to follow the daily scope of work. Communicate clearly and often with customers. Work clean and clean up after the job is complete. Be able to use common sense and adjust if issues occur during the job and establish a new plan to move forward. Be efficient, quick and do excellent work on your own.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of working with drywall patch, repair and finishing experience required Experience in construction, carpentry, or home repair is a plus Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must have dependable vehicle and basic drywall repair and patch tools.

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude Strong work ethic Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 75lbs Desire to learn and improve Be able to work on ladders, work platforms and sometimes, scaffolding
