Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dependable Electrical Machine Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical components of industrial machines and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical knowledge, experience working with automated and mechanical systems, and the ability to keep production running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on production and manufacturing equipment Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery, including motors, sensors, control panels, wiring, and PLCs Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in a timely manner Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and equipment manuals Install, modify, or upgrade electrical systems and machine components as needed Collaborate with machine operators and other technicians to minimize downtime Maintain accurate maintenance records and report any recurring issues Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies Support general facility maintenance and respond to emergency repair requests

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance or a similar role Solid understanding of AC/DC motors, controls, PLCs, and electrical safety practices Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot complex electrical systems Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools, meters, and testing equipment High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or electrical license a plus Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work on ladders or in tight spaces as needed Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime or weekends if necessary Why Join Us?
