Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring night shift electricians for a commercial retrofit project in Pensacola, FL. The work will include retrofit lighting, panel work, running and bending conduit. Lift certifications are preferred; candidates without current certs can start but must obtain certification ASAP.
Work Scope Includes:
Retrofitting and upgrading lighting systems
Performing panel installations and upgrades
Running and bending EMT and rigid conduit
Pulling wire and completing terminations
Following electrical prints, safety standards, and night shift protocols
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of commercial electrical experience
Night shift availability required
Lift certification preferred (can start without, but must obtain quickly)
Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)
Ability to read blueprints and work independently
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
