As a Roofing Estimator, you will work with clients to assist with all residential roofing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through CRM platform
- Lead generation through door to door sales and networking referral sources
- Schedule and conduct multiple roof inspections daily
- Diagnose and document damage(reports, photos, etc.)
- Present estimates to clients
- Meet and conduct inspections with Insurance companies and private adjusters
- Estimate and bid jobs in a timely manner
- Work closely with Sales Manager and assigned Project Coordinator
- Meet and exceed sales targets to drive company growth
Requirements:
- Previous experience in roofing
- Prior experience in sales preferred
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to climb roofs
- Knowledge of Shingle and Metal Manufacturer products and warranties
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
Salary Information:
- Base pay, plus commission
