With a commitment to excellence and a vision to scale to over 100 Million in annual revenue over the next 3 years, we are seeking a dynamic Estimator/Preconstruction Manager to join our dynamic team.

OBJECTIVES

We are seeking an experienced highly skilled and motivated Preconstruction Manager to join our team at Timeless Construction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years experience in Estimating Ground Up Construction projects in a competitive bid environment. This would include creating detailed estimates for State and Local Government Projects, Education, Commercial Design Build Projects, and other Competitive Bid Situations. The candidate will be able to build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to acquire multiple bids per division for multiple projects in a wide geographical area. Commercial Projects consisting of horizontal and vertical construction, and interior build outs. This role is crucial in ensuring successful budgeting, coverage, scheduling, and execution of our projects. Proper execution of the role would maintain our commitment to relationships, timeline guarantees, and client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The role responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Proposal Development Estimating Bid Coverage Value Engineering Preconstruction Scheduling Subcontractor and Vendor Management Design Management and Coordination Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years experience estimating full time. Numbers oriented person Proficient in construction estimating software (Procore). Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

Certifications:
