We’re not hung up on arbitrary years of experience. (That said, if you’re fresh out of school and expecting $200K, probably not the one.) What matters: you’ve worked on SCA, MTA, DASNY, DDC, ideally projects up to $80M. You know how to bid, build, and deal with the realities of public sector work. You’d be joining a 35-person management team. Two of our senior estimators are retiring, and we’re ready to hand over serious responsibility.
