We’re currently looking for an Estimator to join our growing preconstruction team.
What You’ll Do:
As our Estimator, you’ll be the brains behind the bid. You’ll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop competitive, detailed, and accurate cost estimates that lay the foundation for successful commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. You’ll thrive here if you: Are a proactive self-starter who thrives on ownership and responsibility. Can independently develop full estimates with little oversight. Key Responsibilities:
Lead estimates from concept through final submission on diverse projects. Analyze drawings, specs, and scopes to develop clear and accurate cost breakdowns. Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure market-competitive pricing. Participate in value engineering to optimize scope and cost-efficiency. Support strategic bid decisions and present estimates with confidence and clarity. What You Bring to the
Table:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, ideally with commercial, institutional, or industrial projects. Strong command of construction industry practices, materials, and labor markets. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position.
