The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and painting, with the ability to work on various projects, including residential and commercial properties. Duties Travel to customer sites to review and provide a general estimate for requested painting services. Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to understand project requirements and timelines. Requirements Proven experience as a Painter in the construction industry is strongly preferred. Knowledge of construction estimating practices and the ability to negotiate pricing effectively required. Familiarity with construction management processes and project management tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality finishes. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team on construction sites. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members effectively.
