We are seeking a Cost Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects. Responsibilities include analyzing drawings, materials, labor, and timelines to develop detailed cost breakdowns. The ideal candidate has experience in estimating for transit or infrastructure projects, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities :
Review project plans and specifications. Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment. Analyze bids, pricing, and historical data. Work closely with project managers and engineers. Update and maintain cost databases.
Qualifications :
