Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimating Coordinator to support our preconstruction and estimating team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of information between our internal teams and subcontractors, helping us deliver accurate and timely project bids.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and distribute project drawings and documentation to subcontractors and vendors. Send out requests for pricing through platforms such as Building Connect. Follow up with subcontractors to ensure timely receipt of pricing and proposals. Distribute additional project information, including updated drawings and RFIs, as needed. Provide lunch coverage for the front desk receptionist on a rotating basis. Assist with company fundraising efforts when requested. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Building Connected is a plus. Comfortable interacting with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Previous experience Why Join Us?
