We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator with insurance rebuild experience to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for residential insurance reconstruction projects using Xactimate. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects.
Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the necessary materials and labor.
Utilize Xactimate software for creating accurate estimates.
Collaborate with project managers and contractors to gather data and adjust estimates as needed.
Review and assess subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitiveness and accuracy. Qualifications Proven experience as a construction estimator, preferably in residential construction.
Strong understanding of insurance reconstruction processes.
Proficiency in Xactimate software is required.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits Base Salary ($80K)
