Key Responsibilities:

Scrutinizing client requests for proposals (RFPs) and preparing detailed cost analyses for various concrete projects. Analyzing project documents to pinpoint potential risks, alongside material and labor demands. Engaging with vendors and subcontractors to solicit competitive bids. Crafting precise cost proposals and monitoring project progress. Offering technical guidance to project teams and nurturing client relationships to ensure project success. Ideal Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a comparable discipline. Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in estimating concrete work within both commercial and industrial sectors. Mastery of construction estimating tools like Bluebeam, HCSS HeavyBid, and PlanSwift. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint; CAD or Tekla exposure is advantageous. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, paired with a keen eye for detail. Capability to collaborate effectively within team settings and interact positively with clients.
