You will assist our busy team by producing proposals, cost estimates, and detailed takeoffs for construction projects. Our ideal candidate will have experience in pool construction, Landscape, and or Civil Construction. Must live in Nashville or surrounding area.
Compensation:
$50 – $80 hourly
Responsibilities:
Prepare estimates, written proposals, budgets, costs, and updates for clients and project managers Evaluate proposals, specifications, blueprints, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole Estimate time, labor, construction materials, and product costs to determine overall cost for construction projects Visit construction sites to obtain necessary client requirement information Provide accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs
Qualifications:
Bachelors’ degree in civil engineering, accounting, construction management, or related field is required Current Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) certification from the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) is desired Analytical skills, critical thinking, and very strong math skills are essential Understanding of accounting, data and risk analysis, research methodology, and estimation metrics is vital About Company Nashville Siteworks is a licensed general contracting company that manages a range of construction projects. We also perform many other exciting types of fast-paced construction projects in the civil and commercial market.
