⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Flip Crew rehab – Flooring Installs (Flippin) 6th St compensation: Bid per job Experienced Flipper is looking for flooring install crew to handle 10-15 flip project flooring jobs a year. We do volume and pay on time for dependable people who do good quality work. We pay wholesale prices. Please pass if you’re coming with contractor prices. I have 2 jobs to bid this week, one in rocklin 1600sft and one in auburn just under 1ksft.
WARNING:
Please do not respond if you have a drinking or drug problem. Please understand that I have been doing this a long time and am looking for the 2% of people who can actually get to work, get it done right and on time. I don’t play draw games. You will have a clear scope of work and timeline. you will have materials there when you need them and will be paid on time. My crews usually finish houses in 18-35 days.
