Must be available to work nights and weekends. The position pays $16.00 per hour. Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules, cleaned assigned areas of building. Provided slick floor services, such as stripping, waxing, spray buffing, sweeping, and mopping, to include proper edging on all floor surfaces Work involves pulling and pushing, pushing weight up to 50 pounds, twisting, bending and reaching from floor to waist height and from waist to above head. Clean up spills, liquids , bodily fluids and other waste. Moving furniture before and after cleaning. Pressure washing needed areas. Measuring chemicals correctly. Operating chemical dispensing units. Labeling chemicals correctly. Cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment proficiently. Keeping inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties. Resilient to noise. Physically agile. Excellent communication skills. Requirements Pass a background screening. Experience with Floor Tech duties Knowledge of Floor Tech machinery Experience in the cleaning industry (Minimum 2 years) Good customer service communication.
