Window Installer Karoly Windows & Doors LLC Clearwater, FL 33755 About Us Karoly Windows & Doors specializes in replacement windows, sliding glass doors and exterior (pre-hung) door installation for residential properties. Installers must be self-motivated and keep a good reputation for our company. We are a growing company and have lots of work, so we are looking for installers dedicated to the craftsmanship of window installation! We are also welcoming people who have construction experience only. Most important to us is someone who wants to learn and grow with the company and most importantly, are dedicated to installing with pride in their work! We will train you on installation and with time and dedication, you can end up being a Team Lead, as with growth and opportunity comes more money! We will supply the truck, tools, and materials for the installation. This would be working directly for the company, we do not hire subcontractors.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Removal and installation of windows and doors in existing and new construction. Prepping and/or modifying openings. Modification can include removing/replacing any rotten wood, removing/replacing damaged windowsills, cutting back drywall and/or stucco etc. Insulate, trim, and caulk windows and doors

REQUIRED ABILITIES

Knowledge of other general construction skills. Maintain a culture of safety, and properly use and enforce the use of all equipment safely. Be mindful of customers’ needs and show a strong attention to detail. Work both independently and collaboratively and display professional attitudes with both customers and colleagues. Effectively communicate and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

Local residents of Pinellas with reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Must be able to pass a with a clean background check Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. High School diploma or equivalent. Clean driving record and a valid drivers license Window installation experience preferred. Door installation experience preferred Dependability, promptness, and professionalism required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The ability to lift 50lbs or more frequently Walk/stand for long periods of time Maneuver safely on uneven terrain or in tight spaces frequently Safely climb ladders when needed Squat, bend, kneel, twist and reach frequently. Reach above shoulders frequently. Push and pull larger equipment frequently. Work outdoors in all weather conditions and adapt to changing weather conditions frequently.

COMPENSATION

Pay is depending on experience and performance. Pay will be discussed during interview with the owner and contractor

WORK SCHEDULE

Work is daily Monday through Friday but we are flexible on days you want to work.

THERE IS NO SMOKING POLICY FOR ALL EMPLOYEES!

Not on the company property, homeowners property, or in the truck.
