In this role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of various window treatments, ensuring that each installation meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all types of window treatment installtions along with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Duties Install a variety of window treatments including blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies in residential and commercial settings. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations accurately and efficiently. Previous measuring experience for window treatments is a must Execute frame carpentry tasks to ensure proper fit and finish of window treatments. Fabricate custom solutions for unique window sizes or shapes. Install fixtures related to window treatments, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain a clean and organized work area on customer installation sites. Requirements Proven experience in window treatment installation is mandatory Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of all types of window treatments is required Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to fabricate solutions on-site as needed. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites.
