What You’ll Do:

Install premium shutters, motorized systems, blinds, and custom drapery in luxury homes. Program and troubleshoot sophisticated motorization systems. Provide exceptional service that matches our sterling reputation. Work directly with our design consultants and affluent clients. Maintain our high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Experience:

Proven expertise with shutters, motorization, blinds, and shades. 3+ years professional installation experience preferred.

Essential Skills:

Professional demeanor with high-end clientele. Detail-oriented craftsman mentality. Physical ability to work at heights and lift 50+ lbs. Proficient with power tools and precision measuring. Clean driving record and reliable transportation. Strong English communication skills. Tech-savvy (Apple devices/apps).
