Lead Insulation Installer (Blown In Cellulose) 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Syracuse, NY 13219 Are you an experienced insulation professional looking to take the lead on high-impact projects? We’re looking for a Lead Insulation Installer with proven expertise in blown-in cellulose to join our growing team as we expand through the Syracuse Market! Our customers depend on us, and we want to provide them efficient, eco-friendly, and effective for air sealing.
Pay Range:
$60,000-$125,000 (this position is paid job rate)
What You’ll Do:
Lead residential and/or light commercial insulation jobs from start to finish Install blown-in cellulose insulation with precision and efficiency Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality workmanship Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and building codes Communicate with homeowners, contractors, and team members to deliver outstanding service
What We’re Looking For:
Must have hands-on experience with blown-in cellulose insulation Prior leadership or crew lead experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of insulation materials, tools, and safety procedures Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and various weather conditions Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
