Key Responsibilities:

Install sheet metal ductwork for heating and cooling systems in new residential and commercial construction Measure, cut, and assemble duct systems using hand and power tools Read and interpret blueprints , plans, and job specifications Ensure installations meet building codes and company standards Work alongside site supervisors, general contractors , and other trades Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Assist with loading/unloading materials and transporting tools Perform basic system start-up and testing as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in HVAC ductwork installation preferred Proficient in using sheet metal tools and fabrication equipment Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/lifts Strong work ethic , attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Able to work independently and as part of a team Punctual, dependable, and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ year experience in ductwork installation OSHA 10 or 30 certification Own basic hand tools
