Certified Surgical Technician (CST) Full-Time – $15K Sign-On Bonus + Shift Differentials Position Available In Alachua, Florida

• Key Responsibilities
• Perform scrubduties for a wide range of surgical specialties
• Maintain strictadherence to sterile technique protocols
• Prepare, organize, andpass instruments during procedures
• Collaborate with the surgicalteam to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support patient careinitiatives pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
• PreferredExperience
• Minimum
• 2 years of CST
• experience
• stronglypreferred
• Prior experience in
• acute care surgical settings
• (1+years)
• Familiarity with
• Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, and Roboticsurgery
• is highly desirable
• Required Qualifications
• CertifiedSurgical Technologist (CST) Certification
• must be in hand
• Completion of an accredited vocational or technical surgical techprogram
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
• Open to candidates without acute care experience, if otherwisequalified
• Shift Details

• Days:

• 6:30 AM 5:00 PM or 6:30 AM 7:00PM

• Evenings:

• 10:30 AM 9:00 PM or 10:30 AM 11:00 PM

• On-CallRotation:

• Equally shared, must be at the facility within 30minutes when called in (regardless of home location)
• Compensation &Incentives

• Base Pay Range:

• $22.66 $32.86/hr (based onexperience)

• Sign-On Bonus:

• upto $15,000

  +$3.25/hr

Evenings:

+$2.00/hr

Weekends:

+$2.00/hr

• On-Call Pay:

  $4.00/hr + time-and-a-half if called in
