Misc. Metals Fabricator Lawton Welding Co., Inc. 3 Farm Lane, Georgetown, MA 01833 Misc. Metals Fabricator About the Job Seeking a full-time, experienced metal fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication (railings, stairs or miscellaneous metals). Key Responsibilities Read and understand fabrication drawings and shop details. Cut, grind, weld, assemble railings and ornamental metals. Operate fabrication equipment including but not limited to saws, drills, MTG/TIG welders, grinders etc. Collaborate with shop foreman and field crews. Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment. Requirements 2-4+ years of experience in metal fabrication with a focus on railings, stairs and miscellaneous metals. Ability to read/interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics etc. Strong knowledge of industry standard fabrication techniques and practices. Proficient in the use of welding equipment, hand tools etc. Valid driver’s license. High School diploma or equivalent; welding certification a plus.
