The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and fabricating metal components according to specifications and blueprints. Duties Interpret and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine appropriate assembly methods. Operate press brake machines and perform welding tasks, including Stick welding and soldering. Execute pipe threading and machining processes as required for various projects. Build and assemble metal structures, ensuring precision in measurements and alignment. Adhere to safety protocols and industry codes and standards while performing all tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes. Skills Proficient in operating press brake machines. Strong welding skills, including Stick welding techniques. Experience with pipe threading and basic machining operations. Knowledge of relevant codes and standards in metal fabrication. Ability to build and assemble components accurately. Solid understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
