Full-Time Northroad Wood Sign Company is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team player to join our sign production team . This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic, creative environment, working with wood, metal, plastic, and composite materials to craft high-quality dimensional signs.

What You’ll Do:

Fabricate and finish custom signs using a variety of materials Measure, cut, and assemble components with precision Operate shop tools, hand tools, power tools , including table saw, jointer, planer, band saw, CNC machinery Work with design software (CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or similar) and vinyl graphics Apply painting and finishing techniques for professional results Problem-solve and troubleshoot production challenges independently

What We’re Looking For:

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work independently while following guidelines Comfort using computers for design Confidence using woodshop machinery for production Experience in woodworking, fabrication, CNC machines, or signage is a plus. Willingness to learn new skills and tools
