The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to read schematics. This role involves fabricating metal components using various power tools and techniques. The Metal Fabricator will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Responsibilities Interpret and analyze blueprints and schematics to determine specifications for fabrication. Utilize power tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble metal components. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems. Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics for accurate fabrication. Experience with power tools, including saws, drills and presses. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within the team.
