If you can run an excavator like it’s an extension of your arm, read a jobsite like a map, and don’t mind getting a little dirt on your boots, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, and skid steers Perform digging, grading, trenching, backfilling, and site prep Read and interpret site plans and grades Work safely and efficiently as part of a hardworking crew Keep machines clean, maintained, and ready to go Skills Experience operating heavy equipment (4+ years preferred) Valid CDL Class A – a bonus!
