We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and service in the construction industry. Summary We are seeking an experienced FINISH Loader Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, specifically loaders, to FINISH on a road crew . The Loader Operator will work closely with our team of construction professionals to ensure materials are moved safely and efficiently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate loader in a safe and efficient manner to move materials around construction sites Assist motor grader operator foreman as a finish loader operator to expedite the construction of road base and subgrade. Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles Perform and document daily pre-shift inspection and routine maintenance on loader, such as cleaning and lubrication Follow all safety guidelines and company policies and procedures Communicate effectively with other members of the construction team to ensure materials are moved to the correct location Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
REQUIRED SKILLS
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience as a loader operator Knowledge of loader operation and maintenance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a variety of weather conditions Must have and maintain and valid driver’s license and qualify for Company driver program.
