Equipment Operator TB Dozing & Excavation, LLC Jamestown, MO 65046 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation and mechanical knowledge, with experience in various types of machinery. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful completion of construction and maintenance projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of our operations. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, graders, and trackhoe for construction and paving projects. Perform horizontal drilling tasks as required for specific project needs. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Build and pave surfaces according to project specifications and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery to minimize risks. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities. Experience Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including but not limited to bulldozer, backhoe, grader, and trackhoe operation. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Familiarity with horizontal drilling techniques is a plus. Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
