We specialize in cabinet finishing and exterior and interior residential re-painting work.
About the job:
- Leading a team of painters and apprentices.
- Preparing and painting cabinets in our shop and in the field.
- Preparing and painting various surfaces in existing occupied homes.
- Application techniques include brushing, rolling, and spraying.

- 40+ hours a week, typically between the hours of 8 and 4:30
- Some overtime is available for those who would like it but is not required. Non
- negotiable requirements:
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to drive to the shop or work site.
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Proven professional painting experience (minimum of 3 years for painter/ 5 years for lead painter)
- Proven professional crew lead experience (minimum of 2 years as a crew leader)
- Proven experience in job sequencing and time management
- Experience in airless spraying, brushwork, and rollers.
We are looking for team members in the following positions:
Crew Leader:
$23
- 26•Someone who can paint and manage all projects and improve team members through daily training and mentoring.
Lead Painter:
$20
- 22•Someone able to paint a project without supervision and manage most projects when a Crew Leader is absent.
