The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of construction, including remodeling, fixture installation, and concrete finishing. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for executing specific tasks on construction sites while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties Perform restoration and remodeling tasks according to project specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction activities. Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate project assessments. Execute frame carpentry tasks, ensuring structural integrity and design compliance. Install fixtures with precision, contributing to the overall aesthetics of the project.. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the construction site. Complete concrete finishing work as required, ensuring durability and quality. Requirements Proven experience in construction or related fields is essential. Strong skills in restoring, remodeling, and fixture installation are highly desirable. Proficiency in construction estimating is a plus. Ability to weld is an advantage but not mandatory. Experience with frame carpentry techniques is required. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction projects. Must be able to work effectively on a construction site while adhering to safety regulations.
