Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Painter/Drywaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting and drywalling techniques and be proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment.

Duties:

Prepare surfaces for painting such as plastering, frame carpentry, and concrete finishing. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or airless paint spraying equipment. Perform minor repairs and renovations as needed. Utilize power tools for sanding, scraping, and priming surfaces. Caulk gaps and ensure surfaces are smooth and ready for painting. Assist with fixture installation and other maintenance duties. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Painter with expertise in plastering, frame carpentry, and concrete finishing. Knowledge of airless paint spraying techniques. Experience in caulking and preparing surfaces for painting. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Takes pride in work and has a sense of urgency. Assumes responsibility for all assigned work. Able to work independently but also as a member of a larger team. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required. 2-3 years of previous experience in painting and drywall.

Education:

A minimum of High School Diploma or GED required or Trade school equivalency
