Painter/Laborer Martin Construction & Painting Lake Ozark, MO Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals with more than five (5) years experience in the painting/laboring industry to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship and have experience in residential exterior and interior painting. This role involves working on new home construction. home remodeling sites, renovating properties, and commercial painting. The candidate must be able to work without supervision and complete daily work tasks without the need for instructions. The individual must follow safety protocols at all times, to ensure a safe working environment, making sure all tools, equipment, and materials are property stored and kept organized, clean, and ready to use for future use. The individual must be honest and trustworthy, have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, to work effectively as part of a team, a valid drivers’ license, reliable transportation, be able to climb extension ladders, be on scaffolding, use to be at extreme heights in certain circumstances, and punctuality and reliability is a must! The locations for this job includes, the Lake of the Ozarks, Osage Beach, Camdenton, Sunrise Beach, Porta Cima, and surrounding areas in Missouri, so travel is necessary from job sit to job site.
