Cleaning Specialist/ Painter
BELL MANAGEMENT
Birch Tree, MO 65438 As a cleaning specialist you will be responsible for cleaning vacant apartments, community room and laundry room areas at a property, located in Birch Tree, MO. This position also includes painting vacant units when they come open. All cleaning and painting supplies will be provided for you. Must have reliable transportation to communicate between properties. Flexible schedule. Average amount of hours will vary between 10-20 hours bi-weekly depending on the need of the property. Bi-weekly cleaning of clubhouses, bathrooms and laundry rooms. As needed cleaning of vacant apartments. As needed painting of vacant apartments.
