What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and commercial interior/exterior painting
• Prep work: sanding, patching, masking, caulking, and priming
• Paint using brush, roller, and sprayer techniques
• Keep job sites clean and professional throughout the project
• Communicate effectively with the crew leader and clients

• Minimum 2 years professional painting experience (residential or commercial)
• Strong work ethic and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and ability to work on a team
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering clean, high-quality results
• Driver’s License required
• Basic tools required (we supply major equipment and materials)
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for color matching and finishing touches.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Bonus Points If You Have
• Airless sprayer experience
• Light drywall repair or woodwork knowledge
• Experience leading small teams
• OSHA certification or safety training

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$19.00 – $24.00 per hour
