Rutherford College Road, Connelly Springs, NC 28612 Overview We are seeking a Fueling and Facilities Technician to join our team. Duties Include, but are not Limited to: Operate discharge and collection of a gas processing system for virtual pipeline: Optimize compressed natural gas (CNG) filling into trailers and dispensing from trailers to natural gas pipeline interconnection. Perform connection and disconnection of equipment to fill CNG onto storage/transportation trailers. Identify connection and/or technical issues and work with supervisors to troubleshoot as appropriate. Maintain all records and readings to maintain compliance and reporting requirements. Work closely with plant ownership, operations and pipeline personnel to ensure smooth operations of both decant interconnection facility and production facility. Seek ways to improve operations of systems through demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness in all work practices. Work closely with operators and/or site owners to mitigate production facility security issues. Monitor safety and security of facility property, building and equipment. Make periodic rounds to check and ensure facility security and operational regularity. Identify and seek ways to improve and promote facility security, optimization of trailer filling and dispensing process, and operational excellence, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness in all work. Qualifications Basic knowledge of hand tools. Ability to learn, monitor and maintain basic SCADA data systems. Initiative and ability to work unsupervised. Candidate must be able to lift up to 40+ lbs. Candidate must provide own vehicle transportation to/from jobsite locations. Valid NC Driver’s License and Evidence of Vehicle Insurance is required. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
