Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Septic Technician to join our team. This position involves working alongside experienced technicians to assist in the installation of septic systems and the pumping and maintenance of septic tanks . The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, performing physical labor, and following direction in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with excavation, pipe laying, and component installation for new or replacement septic systems Support the crew in backfilling trenches and final site grading Help set tanks, distribution boxes, and leach fields according to plans Operate hand and power tools, and follow safety protocols at all times Assist in the operation of vacuum trucks to pump and clean septic tanks Help clean, maintain, and prepare tools and equipment for daily use Follow all safety procedures and company policies while on job sites Maintain a clean and professional job site and vehicle appearance Provide support in other areas as directed by the lead technician or supervisor

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet for extended periods Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with tools preferred Experience in construction, plumbing, or septic work is a plus, but not required

$23.00 – $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
