The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction techniques and be able to work on diverse remodeling projects, from residential renovations to commercial upgrades. This role requires a hands-on approach, creativity, and the ability to problem solve in a timely manner. Duties Execute remodeling projects by following detailed plans and specifications and verbal instructions. Perform tasks such as plaster surface removal, tile demolition and application, basic pool plumbing adjustment work. Bond coat application and coping masonry work to prep for new deck applications. Must understand how to safely drain a pool. Experience installing pool appliances preferred but not necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Must be able to climb a ladder and lift 50 lbs Requirements Proven experience in remodeling or construction work is essential. Must be able to pass a drug test. Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety measures. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
