This role involves working on various construction projects, including residential and commercial buildings, where you will apply your expertise in multiple areas of construction. Responsibilities Perform tasks related to landscape construction application, ensuring high-quality finishes. Assist in pool projects, including installation and repairs. Execute concrete finishing tasks to achieve smooth surfaces and proper drainage. Participate in remodeling projects, transforming spaces according to client specifications. Fabricate components as required for various construction applications. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on job sites. Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to complete projects on time. Skills Proficiency in hardscape techniques. Experience with fabrication processes relevant to construction. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, excavators, or backhoes. Strong understanding of schematics and blueprints for effective project execution. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
