The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both plumbing maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The Plumbing Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations. This role requires strong diagnostic skills, hands-on experience, and a commitment to safety and quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance. Install and repair sinks, toilets, faucets, and other plumbing systems. Respond promptly to service requests and emergency repairs. Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing systems for leaks, blockages, and inefficiencies. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes and regulations. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. •

Requirements:

Proven experience as a plumber or plumbing technician. Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Valid plumbing license or certification. Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and climbing.
