Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License, good driving history, and transportation to workshop
• Knowledge of reading schematics/plans
• Knowledge of health & safety
• Experience and knowledge using hand and power tools
• Tolerates getting dirty, small/tight spaces, and lifting heavy objects
• Ability to work 40hrs/week with occasional need for overtime
• Valid plumbing license w/knowledge of plumbing code
• Must be a responsible, reliable, and friendly team player with a growth mindset,

Responsibilities:

• Assess the state of a client’s plumbing system and make determinations
• Use specialized knowledge and training to repair and maintain plumbing systems
• Answer any questions that a client may have about their systems: great customer service!
• Install new plumbing systems, adapt to old systems
• Use provided CRM software to follow a schedule and complete work slips
• Ensure plumbing is completed according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable codes while maintaining high quality standards
• Communicate with office about scheduling issues, materials that need to be ordered, more work to do, etc.
• Provide clear direction to crew members and ask clear questions: work as a team
• Ensure a clean, organized and professional presentation of work sites & vehicles
• Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and culture
