As an Apprentice Plumber, you will work under the supervision of experienced plumbers, gaining hands-on experience and learning the essential skills needed in the plumbing industry. You will be involved in various tasks that contribute to the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. Responsibilities Assist in the installation and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks. Read and interpret blueprints to understand plumbing layouts and specifications. Help with assembling and installing HVAC systems as needed. Collaborate with team members on various projects, ensuring quality workmanship. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Learn to perform basic welding tasks related to plumbing installations. Gain knowledge of mechanical systems and their functions within residential and commercial settings. Experience Basic understanding of plumbing concepts is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction or plumbing work. Experience in carpentry or building trades is a plus, as it provides a foundational skill set beneficial for plumbing tasks.
