• Titan Concrete Pumping is currently hiring for the position of trailer pump operator in Columbia, SC.

This is an entry level position into the career of a concrete pumping, and we are willing to train the right candidate to become a member of our team. Job Description Concrete pumping gives an individual the chance to work with their hands on a different job site every day helping to build the foundations of new commercial and residential buildings in the state. Pump Operators are assigned a company truck with a tow behind trailer pump and trained in the required maintenance to keep the pump in great running condition. As a pump operator, you will be expected to be your own boss and show up to jobs as the representative for Titan Concrete Pumping. Our goal is to train our operator on the front end well enough to not have to micromanage once you are able to be sent out on your own. Titan’s success stems from our high standards and our extensive training processes. We are a small company that is run by a concrete pump operator who started his career on a trailer pump. We train with those years of experience as long as needed to ensure that all operators have the confidence to perform and problem solve at a high level on the job. Career advancement Titan has a fleet of boom pumps, which operators will have the opportunity to be promoted to run if they excel at their position. Our goal is to fill our open boom pump positions from within, which includes a generous pay increase into an in-demand career. Qualifications Valid Driver’s License Must be at least 18 years of age.
