GPAC is currently partnering with a well-established commercial roofing company based out of Hattiesburg MS area that is actively seeking to hire a Superintendent.
What’s unique about this client is their proven success in transitioning professionals from broader construction backgrounds into key leadership roles—even without prior roofing experience. They value strong leadership, operational knowledge, and a drive to grow with a company that supports career development.
This role will focus on sites within south/central Mississippi
Comp:
$70k-$85 depending on experience
