Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced technician to join our commercial roofing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in low slope roofing, be able to work independently and with a team, and be able to effectively communicate with team members and project managers.
Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to project specifications.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Utilize caulking, TPO, silicone, and other techniques as required.
Experience:
- Proven experience in the roofing industry, specifically with commercial roofing.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor.
- Knowledge of TPO installation, caulking, silicone, Mod-Bit, and other relevant roofing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
