Roofer Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing roofs on commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience in various roofing techniques and materials to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Perform roof inspections to identify damage or leaks.
• Repair or replace damaged roofs using various materials.
• Install new roofs on buildings under construction.
• Work on remodeling projects that involve roofing tasks.
• Apply caulking and sealants to protect roofs from water damage.
• Engage in heavy lifting when moving roofing materials.
• Assist in general maintenance person duties related to roofing projects.
• Contribute to the restoration of old or damaged roofs.

Experience:

• Proven experience in Roofing, remodeling, caulking, and heavy lifting
• Experience in general maintenance person tasks related to building and construction
