(Endicott (Tioga County, near Campville)) ‹ image 1 of 13 › 7958 State Route 17C Endicott near 1/3 mile east of Campville/Apalachin bridge off exit 66 on route 17 (new I-86) compensation: Rate of $60 per hour to repoint the bricks 1960-era three flu chimney needs to be repointed above the roof plane, and re capped with chimney crown, or capping material. Unfortunately, the water appears to have been wicking through the bricks with the chimney’s lost mortar integrity such the the plywood under the tired flashing joint compound has discolored indicating to me that the roof should be cut open and the weak plywood be excised and replaced with new plywood prior to splicing in new tar paper and appropriate style and color shingles.
