We’re looking for motivated, hands-on professionals to join our team as Waterproofing Technicians . We specialize in mold remediation and preventative solutions, and we’re now growing our basement and foundation waterproofing division . Training is provided — this is a great opportunity to grow with a respected, local company.

What You’ll Do:

Perform residential and light commercial waterproofing services Install sump pumps, vapor barriers, drainage systems, sealants, etc. Demolition and surface prep (cutting concrete, removing damaged materials) Use hand and power tools for installations Load/unload materials and equipment Maintain a clean, safe worksite Document job details and communicate clearly with supervisors and clients Participate in on-call rotation for emergency work (as needed) ✅

Requirements:

Experience with general construction, waterproofing, or carpentry preferred (but not required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on knees or in crawl spaces when needed Familiarity with hand tools and power tools Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Positive attitude, team player mentality, and punctuality Detail-oriented and willing to learn new systems
