Crawlspace Technician Crawlspace Home Experts, LLC Summerville, SC 29483 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Crawlspace Technician to join our team. We are a crawlspace renovation and rodent exclusion company looking to hire dedicated, dependable and hard-working individuals for $20+/hr depending on experience and drive. Hours are part time M-F 9am-5pm (20-35hrs) with the possibility of Full Time as we grow. This is a HUGE opportunity for someone that doesn’t mind getting dirty and making a difference for our customers. Incredible opportunities for advancement and increased pay! All safety equipment and tools will be provided. Must be in-shape and not afraid of tight spaces or roof work. Ability to operate a wide range of power tools is necessary. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and dependable vehicle as job sites change from day to day. Opportunity to start immediately. Duties Removal of crawlspace insulation and debris. Troubleshoot and diagnose rodent intrusion issues using various tools, including, but not limited to tin snips, drill, angle grinder, foam gun, etc. Perform repairs and replacement of crawlspace liner as needed. Photographically document all maintenance and repair activities accurately in compliance with company protocols. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and techniques. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards at all times. Skills Proficiency in using a wide range of cordless and corded power tools. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with customers and team members. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment. Basic understanding of construction types is preferred.
