Tearoff, replace plywood decking as needed, apply synthetic underlayment/water shield, Install roofing shingles to manufacturer’s best practices; ability to install standing seam metal, exposed fastener and gutters is preferred; proactive communication and ability to document work are required; care for property & jobsite cleanup;
