This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Office 365 for Business and a strong understanding of the practical applications and strategic advantages of Microsoft Copilot. You will guide organizations through setup, user enablement, change management, and ongoing optimization of Copilot to enhance productivity and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Copilot Deployment & Configuration Guide clients through initial setup and configuration of Microsoft Copilot across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote and other Microsoft 365 tools. Ensure integration with Microsoft Graph, security, compliance, and permissions are correctly managed. Client Discovery & Strategy Work with stakeholders to understand their business processes and pain points. Develop a tailored roadmap for Copilot usage based on client goals, industry best practices, and technical readiness. Training & Enablement Deliver hands-on training, onboarding, and enablement sessions for end-users, champions, and IT administrators. Develop custom reference materials and usage guides for clients. Optimization & Change Management Analyze usage patterns, gather feedback, and recommend ways to improve Copilot adoption and performance. Provide guidance on change management and user adoption strategies. Support & Troubleshooting Serve as a subject matter expert to resolve technical issues, escalate Microsoft support cases when necessary, and ensure smooth operation.

Requirements:

Proven Experience 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 for Business (Office apps, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.) Demonstrated experience deploying and configuring Microsoft 365 Copilot in enterprise or mid-market environments. Experience with Microsoft Graph and its implications for Copilot customization is a plus. Technical & Strategic Skills Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, identity/access management, data security, and governance. Ability to map business processes to productivity tools and AI enhancements. Excellent communication and training skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

We are open to both full-time employment and consulting engagements depending on the candidate’s availability and experience.

Job Types:
